Being an online arbiter of disputes, EJUDICATE, INC. (“EJUDICATE” or “we” or
“us”) recognizes and understands that information uploaded to our website and
system requires the utmost security and protection. As such we have
implemented a number of internal security protocols to protect our users’

EJUDICATE and its affiliates created this Privacy Policy in order to
demonstrate its commitment to user, visitor, subscriber, and customer privacy
with regard to the EJUDICATE website located at www.ejudicate.com and any
affiliated websites (together, collectively the "Website"). Privacy on the
Website is of great importance to us.

Because we may gather some important information from our users, visitors,
subscribers and customers (collectively “Subscribers” or “you” or “your”), we
have established this Privacy Policy as a means to communicate our information

Your Privacy Rights/ California’s Shine the Light Law

Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of
California have the right to request from a business, with whom the California
resident has an established business relationship, certain information with

parties for direct marketing purposes by such third party and the identities of
the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the
immediately preceding calendar year.

California Consumer Privacy Act Disclosures

1. This California Consumer Privacy Act disclosure page ("Disclosure")
effective as of January 1, 2020. The EJUDICATE PRIVACY POLICY describes the
personal information that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the
purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances under which we share
personal information, and with whom we share it. These additional disclosures
are required by the California Consumer Privacy Act:

EJUDICATE collects, or has collected in the twelve months prior to the
effective date of this Disclosure, fall into the following categories
established by the California Consumer Privacy Act, depending on which
EJUDICATE Service is used:
- identifiers such as your name, alias, address, phone numbers, or IP address;
- personal information, such as a credit card number;
- age, gender, or other protected classifications;

interaction information, such as content downloads, streams, and playback
- geolocation data, such as the location of your device or computer;

personal information that EJUDICATE disclosed about YOU for a business purpose
in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure may fall
into the following categories established by the California Consumer Privacy
Act, depending on which EJUDICATE Service is used:
- identifiers such as your name, address, phone numbers, or IP address;
- personal information, such as a credit card number, for example if we use a
third party payment processor;
- your age, gender, or other protected classifications;
- commercial information;

- geolocation data;
- audio or visual information; and

4. Right to Request Access to or Deletion of Personal Information: You may have
the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act to request information
about the collection of your personal information by EJUDICATE, or access to or

5. No sale of personal information. In the twelve months prior to the effective
date of this Disclosure, EJUDICATE has not sold any personal information of or
about YOU, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy

6. No Discrimination. EJUDICATE will not discriminate against any consumer for
exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Information We Collect.

We may require Subscribers who use the Website (collectively, the "Service") to
give us contact information, which may include but is not limited to the
Subscriber’s name, birthdate, mailing address, phone number, email address,
cookies, IP logs, and other information (collectively “Personal Information”).
Besides the Personal Information, we may also collect other information
regarding your use of the Website. From time to time, we may also collect or
ask for additional Personal Information, which will also be expressly included
herein as Personal Information. You can opt out of providing this additional
information by not entering it or not using the Website, although not providing
it may hinder your ability to use the Website and/or the Service.

we deem appropriate in our sole discretion and to provide the Service, and to

EJUDICATE, you authorize EJUDICATE, or a credit card processor of its choosing
to receive appropriate billing information, bill such credit card or to make

at all) from any persons under 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you
